ELHolmes Legal Solutions maintains business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ELHolmes Legal Solutions will be closed in observance of all national and court holidays. I often conduct business outside of normal business hours; however, this is a courtesy to clients and occurs completely within the discretion of ELHolmes Legal Solutions.
Meetings with ELHolmes Legal Solutions are by appointment only. Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled for another day.
While things understandably come up, clients must provide at least 24 hours advance notice to change or cancel an appointment. Any appointments missed without providing advanced notice may result in a $50.00 fee to the client.
ELHolmes Legal Solutions uses the following methods to communicate directly with clients: phone, text, email, mail, and voicemail. I work to make communication as convenient as possible for each client. As such, I strive to respond to all client communication within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). Please note that while client communication may be responded to within 24 hours, all questions may not be answered within those 24 hours, especially if some research is required.
Paperless Office and Online File Access
ELHolmes Legal Solutions strives to be a paperless office. The firm stores electronic files on a variety of platforms, including on third-party cloud-based servers. By engaging ELHolmes Legal Solutions for legal services, a client consents to the firm’s use of these services for document storage and management.
Billing and Payments
ELHolmes Legal Solutions sends all invoices electronically.
ELHolmes Legal Solutions accepts checks, money orders, cash, credit cards, debit cards, and eChecks.
ELHolmes Legal Solutions holds its clients’ security in upmost importance. I use software that takes all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that the data is treated securely. Case information is stored on secure severs within the United States. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
Clients are responsible for keeping the account information to access their individual portals private and confidential. Passwords should not be shared with anyone.
